Welcome baby Shakir Ty Jackson Parker. Shakir was born April 26 2011 @ 1:06pm, he was 6 lbs 1oz and was 18.5 inches long.  Shakir's mother is Najah Shakir, daughter of Victor Shakir of the David Jones lineage.  Shakir is Najah's third child.
